Spartan Race World Championship and Cruise News…and a Giveaway!

Earlier this year, I shared details about what a Spartan Race is.  If you’re looking to challenge yourself with an obstacle course race, designed to push you to the limit, then a Spartan Race might be right up your alley.  Check out the Spartan Race video below to see just how far you can push your limits!

Have you heard the most recent Spartan Race news?  NBC Sports recently partnered with Spartan Race to film six episodes of Spartan Races, which will culminate with the World Championship race in Killington, Vermont on September 20th.  The championship race will air on NBC on November 16th.  You can find the full schedule of televised races here.

  3. My hubby has always wanted to do one of these!

  5. Jessie says:

I did the spartan super in las vegas this april and am registered for the beast & sprint in Sept. I want the trifecta this month and training for this has been very tough!!

  6. Cruises are so much fun. Every time I am on them I eat way too much and exercise less. This would be great to be able to be more active while your vacationing.

I’ve never done a Spartan race, but they look like fun!

The most challenging race I’ve done is the 60k night trail run I did last month. The hills and rocks were brutal. 10 hours and 16 minutes of pure hell!

  11. Seth says:

The most challenging race I’ve done is the Primal Mud Run, which was my first ever obstacle course race. I didn’t know what to expect, and it was a great experience.

Hardest race I’ve done was a 5-miler in hot, sticky Florida. Part of the course is on the beach, and running in sand isn’t easy…
