My First Two-A-Day Is Complete

On Wednesday I made it my goal to complete for the first time this week two workouts in a day.  I didn’t wait long either to complete it, as I accomplished my goal the same day that I set it.

Part one of Wednesday's training was a 2.46 mile walk around the neighborhood with Riley.  Part two was a three mile run on the treadmill, followed by abs and arms.

Part one of Wednesday’s training was a 2.46 mile walk around the neighborhood with Riley. Part two was a 3.19 mile run on the treadmill, followed by weight training.

Will I be completing two-a-days everyday now?  Of course not.  Yesterday and today were single workout days, but I have proved to myself that it can be done.  Two-a-day workouts take a bit more advance planning and a flexible schedule, and hopefully throughout the summer I’ll be able to fit some more two-a-days into my training schedule.
